Wellness Program


We are proud to hold a variety of wellness related awards like WorkWell Massachusetts and the Boston Business Journal’s Healthiest Employer Awards, but really these just mean that we like to take care of our people (but we would do that even without the plaque.)

It is now even easier to submit your reimbursement claims!

If you are enrolled in the BCBS Medical Plan, you can now submit your 2023 fitness/weight loss reimbursements claims directly online at www.bluecrossma.org.
  1. Log in to your account on MyBlue
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the home page and select “GET YOUR REWARD”.
  3. Select the benefit period of 2023 and the type of reimbursement.
  4. Click “Continue”.
  5. Complete the reimbursement form with the following information:
    • Total requested (Note: The maximum reimbursement is $150 per member, $300 per family.)
    • Member’s name
    • Address and phone number for facility or vendor
    • Upload a copy of your receipt
  6. Make sure your email address is filled in to receive your confirmation.
  7. Click “Submit”.
If you are not enrolled in the BCBS Medical plan, you can submit your fitness reimbursement by submitting this form to fitforlifebenefits@oceanspray.com.

BCBSMA Fitness BenefitReceive $150 reimbursement per person per year (up to $300 per family) for at least four months of participation at a health club or reimbursement for in-home equipment.
BCBSMA Weight-Loss Program BenefitsReceive $150 per family for joining a participating weight-loss program (Weight Watchers or hospital-based weight-loss program).
Fitness ReimbursementFor employees who waive medical plan coverage: Receive $150 per year for at least four months of participation at a health club or reimbursement for in-home equipment.
Smoking CessationCertain products will be covered 100% to help you quit smoking
Wellness AmbassadorGet to know your local Wellness Ambassador who can support you in your healthy lifestyle. Ask the Benefits Department if you do not know who your Wellness Ambassador is.
Wellness Champion ProgramShow your appreciation for your colleagues who make wellness a part of their everyday lives.
