- For Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA members, you and your family can receive up to $300 in BCBS Mind and Body Reimbursement per calendar year for qualified therapy services from licensed practitioners.
- Our wellness program, aHealthyMe, gives you the opportunity to create a personal wellness plan and set specific goals for yourself to improve all areas of your well-being.
- BCBS PPO Plan members have $0 mental health copays. HDHP plan members mental health copays are subject to the deductible.
