Medical
To keep you and your family healthy, Ocean Spray provides medical insurance through GSMC. Ocean Spray covers the full cost of coverage, which provides medical, dental and vision benefits. The medical plan covers up to 5 times of fees in excess of SS tariffs. Coverage is also provided for dental prosthesis and orthodontics as well as eyeglass frames and lenses.
Employee Assistance Program

Income Protection
Ocean Spray offers a variety of benefits to protect your income when you are ill or injured. These benefits are automatically provided to you, and Ocean Spray pays the full cost for these plans.
Life Insurance
Ocean Spray gives two options when it comes to life insurance benefits:
- Option 1: 3 x annual salary with no child, 5 x annual salary with 1 child, 1 x annual salary per additional child
- Option 2: 3 x annual salary for all plus Education allowance
Ocean Spray also offers a benefit for a funeral grant of 100% MSSC. The policy is offered through Entoria.
Disability
If you are placed on disability due to injury or illness, Ocean Spray provides a benefit of 90% of your gross salary. The policy is offered through Entoria.
Accident
In the event of an accident, Ocean Spray pays a benefit of 100% capital. The policy is offered through Entoria.
Lunch Vouchers
Ocean Spray offers discounted lunch vouchers through Sodexo. Each voucher is worth 9.00.
Additional Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Throughout the year, you need time away from work to relax, connect with loved ones, and be there for the moments that matter most. After one year of employment, Ocean Spray provides you with 25 working days of paid time off each year.
International Beyond-the-Bog Award
Each year Ocean Spray recognizes team members for outstanding contributions to the international team and business. The award is administered quarterly, and both international and non-international team members can be recognized.
