Financial Protection
Ocean Spray offers a variety of benefits to protect you financially when you are ill or injured. These benefits are automatically provided to you, and Ocean Spray covers the full cost for these plans.
Life Insurance
Ocean Spray gives you a life insurance benefit equal to three times your annual salary that will be paid to your dependents in the event of your death. The policy is offered through TAL.
Total and Permanent Disability
If you are placed on permanent disability due to injury or illness, Ocean Spray provides a benefit of three times your annual salary. This benefit is paid in a lump sum in the event of total and permanent disability. The policy is offered through TAL.
Income Protection
If you are ill or injured unable to work, Ocean Spray will provide you with 75% of your monthly earnings. Benefits begin after 30 days and ends at age 65 or when you are no longer ill or injured.
Superannuation
Ocean Spray contributes annually to your Superannuation to help you save for retirement.

When you travel on Company business, you can be confident that you have 24/7 assistance and protection. The Group Travel Accident benefit provides the following services: Worldwide Travel Assistance, Security Assistance, VIP Concierge Services, Travel Medical Assistance, and Legal Assistance.
Employee Referral Program
Ocean Spray is always looking for bright, exceptional talent to join our company. When you refer a candidate who is hired at Ocean Spray, you may receive a referral bonus. In order to receive the bonus, you and the candidate must remain employed with Ocean Spray for 90 days.
