Telehealth Access—Get Set Up Today
Thanks to today’s technology, you can connect with a doctor or licensed therapist anytime, anywhere without waiting in a doctor’s office or leaving work to make an appointment. Through Well Connection, access non-emergency medical care or mental health support, you can use the telehealth services included with your medical plan.

• On-demand medical professional consultation, available via web or mobile 24/7/365 for the following:
  • Medical Convenience Care: Sinus infections, allergies, ear infections, cold and flu symptoms, management of chronic illness, reactions to medication, and other non-emergency illnesses
  • Behavioral Health: Depression, anxiety, stress managements, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, child behavior difficulties, and smoking cessation
• Free for PPO Plan members (HDHP is subject to deductible)

Please note: You must be enrolled in an Ocean Spray medical plan to use these services. To get the most benefit, we strongly encourage you to set up your telehealth access now before you need it. Taking a few minutes to register ahead of time can save you valuable time and stress when it matters most.
