Medical
To keep you and your family healthy, Ocean Spray provides medical insurance through GNP at no cost to you. Each year, you have a deductible of 14,000 pesos and a benefit maximum limit of 130 million pesos per accident or illness. Services are covered at 90%, and you will only be responsible for 10% of the cost. If you are traveling outside of Mexico, you only have emergency coverage with a limit of $100,000 USD.
Employee Support Program
Fit for Life Cares, an Employee Support Program by Workplace Options, provides 24/7 confidential counseling for any work or personal issue. This service is free for you and your family members.

Income Protection
Ocean Spray offers a variety of benefits to protect your income when you are ill or injured. These benefits are automatically provided to you, and Ocean Spray covers the full cost for these plans.
Life Insurance
Ocean Spray gives you a 5-year term life insurance benefit equal to two times your annual salary that will be paid to your dependents in the event of your death. The policy is offered through Insignia Life.
Permanent Disability
If you are placed on permanent disability due to injury or illness, Ocean Spray provides a benefit of two times your annual salary. If you die during the 5-year term period of the individual life insurance policy, the life insurance benefit will also be paid to your beneficiaries. The policy is offered through Insignia Life.
Accidental Death Rider
In the event of death due to an accident, Ocean Spray pays a benefit of two times your annual salary. The policy is offered through Insignia Life.
Additional Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Throughout the year, you need time away from work to relax, connect with loved ones, and be there for the moments that matter most. Ocean Spray provides you with 15 working days of paid time off each year. You also receive an annual Christmas bonus of 35 days of base salary paid on December 15.
International Beyond-the-Bog Award
Each year Ocean Spray recognizes team members for outstanding contributions to the international team and business. The award is administered quarterly, and both international and non-international team members can be recognized.
