What to Expect in 2026:
- Your 2025 benefit elections will automatically roll over into 2026 except for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA). To continue these, you must re-enroll each year.
- New surcharges will apply (spousal and tobacco surcharges), if applicable.
- Make sure to take action! Review your coverage for yourself and your family carefully, make sure your coverage still fits your needs.
Medical Coverage
- NO Plan Design Change
- NO Coverage Tier Changes
- Employee/Employer Contribution Adjustments
- Spousal Surcharge ($150/mo.)
- Smoking Surcharge ($50/mo.)
- Elimination of Waived Medical Credit
- Medical Premium Increases:
- For 2026, most of our medical plan options, PPO 70, HDHP, and HPN, will see a modest 2% increase in team member premiums. However, the PPO 80 plan will have a larger 18% increase to help balance the costs across the board.
- Why the difference? The PPO 80 plan offers the richest coverage in terms of plan design, and it’s where many of our highest-cost claims have occurred. To help maintain the overall sustainability and balance costs across all options, we’ve had to adjust the PPO 80 premium more significantly. We remain committed to offering a range of plans to meet the diverse needs while managing long-term affordability for all team members.
- We encourage you to carefully review our Open Enrollment materials to understand how this change may affect your coverage and costs for the upcoming year.
