Income Protection

Ocean Spray offers a variety of benefits to protect your income when you are ill or injured. These benefits are automatically provided to you, and Ocean Spray pays the full cost for these plans.

Life Insurance

Ocean Spray gives you a life insurance benefit equal to two times your basic annual salary that will be paid to your dependents in the event of your death. The policy includes accident and dismemberment as well as an end of service benefits for employees with at least one year of continuous service.

Short Term Disability

If you are ill or injured unable to work, Ocean Spray will provide you with 100% of your salary for the first 15 days and 50% of your salary for the next 30 days. You are eligible for this benefit after three months of employment. The policy includes an end of service benefit for employees with a minimum of one year of continuous service.

Total and Permanent Disability

If you are placed on permanent disability due to an accident, Ocean Spray provides a benefit of two times your basic annual salary. This benefit is paid in a lump sum in the event of total and permanent disability. The policy includes an end of service benefit for employees with a minimum of one year of continuous service.

Paid Parental Leave
