Ocean Spray provides a variety of comprehensive family planning benefits and gives you access to experts.- Assisted Reproductive Services for Embryo Creation: Diagnostic testing, fertilization, pre-implantation genetic testing and cryopreservation of eggs
- Surrogacy and Adoption Reimbursement: Reimbursement of up to $20,000 for services and counseling. Expenses are reimbursable at the time of the birth or adoption, and itemized receipts or some other form of written proof of the expense is required. Eligible expenses include surrogate/adoption agency fees, legal fees, birth mothers’ medical charges, and transportation costs
- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF):
- With IUI, donor sperm is inserted directly into the uterus using a catheter.
- Fresh IVF retrieves eggs, fertilizes them, and implants the embryo into the same person.
- Freeze All IVF freezes the embryos for genetic testing before implantation through Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET).
- Reciprocal IVF/Co-Maternity IVF allows both partners to participate in the family building process. Eggs are retrieved from one partner, fertilized and cryopreserved, then implanted into the other partner.
- Fertility Preservation: Egg/sperm/embryo freezing prior to gender affirming therapies and treatments
- Embryo Biopsy/Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy: Provides information about the chromosomal makeup of embryos
