As a part of our global Ocean Spray family, we provide all the benefits you need to stay physically and financially healthy now and in the future. Below is a summary of the benefits available to Ocean Spray employees in China. Please review them carefully to discover the value these plans bring to your life.

Eligibility

All employees from age 18-60 are eligible for risk benefits (life, accidental death & dismemberment, and critical illness). Additionally, full-time employees from age 16-80 are eligible for medical benefits. Eligible dependents may receive medical and would include spouses, unmarried dependent children up to age 25 either in full-time education or residing at the same residence with the employee.

Medical

To keep you and your family healthy, Ocean Spray provides medical insurance through Cigna. Ocean Spray covers the full cost of coverage. The medical plan has an annual benefit maximum of RMB 2,000,000 for inpatient benefits and RMB 50,000 for outpatient benefits. Most services, such as hospitalization, maternity, anesthetist fees, and emergency medical evacuation, are covered 100% by the plan up to certain amounts. Coverage is also provided for emergency dental treatment and an annual routine eye exam.

Dental

Your oral health is important to your overall health. Ocean Spray provides dental insurance through Cigna and covers the full cost for this coverage. The dental plan has an annual maximum of RMB 3,000. For preventive treatment, you are reimbursed 100% of the cost. For other services, you will only pay a portion of the cost:

• Basic Restorative Treatment: 80% refund
• Major Restorative Treatment: 50% refund

Employee Support Program

Fit for Life Cares, an employee support program by Workplace Options, provides 24/7 confidential counseling for any work or personal issue. This service is free for you and your family members.

Income Protection

Ocean Spray offers a variety of benefits to protect your income when you are ill or injured. These benefits are automatically provided to you, and Ocean Spray pays the full cost for these plans. These policies are offered through Ping An Annuity Insurance Company, LTD.

Life Insurance

Ocean Spray gives you a life insurance benefit equal to 36 times your basic monthly salary with a minimum of RMB 300,000 that will be paid to your dependents in the event of your death.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Ocean Spray gives you an accidental death and dismemberment benefit equal to 36 times your basic monthly salary with a minimum of RMB 500,000 that will be paid to your dependents in the event of your death or dismemberment that occurred due to an accident.

Critical Illness

If you are diagnosed with one of the covered serious illnesses, you will receive a lump sum allowance of RMB 100,000 paid directly to you. You must be enrolled in critical illness for 30 days before you are eligible to receive a benefit.

Fit for Life – Wellness Program

To assist you in achieving total wellness in all areas of life, Ocean Spray offers tools and resources that help you become happier, healthier and more productive – both at work and at home. Take advantage of the wellness resources available to you.

• Fitness Benefit: Ocean Spray helps you stay active by reimbursing up to ¥964 of your health club membership, home fitness equipment or fitness trackers. You can apply for this benefit once each calendar year. Download the Fitness Benefit Form.

Business Travel Accident

When you travel on Company business, you can be confident that you have 24/7 assistance and protection. The Group Travel Accident benefit provides the following services: Worldwide Travel Assistance, Security Assistance, VIP Concierge Services, Travel Medical Assistance, and Legal Assistance.

Employee Referral Program

Ocean Spray is always looking for bright, exceptional talent to join our company. When you refer a candidate who is hired at Ocean Spray, you may receive a referral bonus. In order to receive the bonus, you and the candidate must remain employed with Ocean Spray for 90 days.
